House Books (private) — Privacy

House Books is a private tool used only by House of Agapi.

What it reads: accounting data from the QuickBooks Online companies House of Agapi connects, such as accounts, transactions and reports.

Why: to answer House of Agapi's own questions about its books.

Where it runs: the assistant that reads the data runs on House of Agapi's own computers. Nothing in QuickBooks can be changed by it.

What is kept: the QuickBooks sign-in, in a private file and a password vault, and a record of each reading (company, type of reading, result and time) without the figures.

Sharing: none. The data is not sold, shared or used for advertising.

Ending the connection: turn off House Books in QuickBooks Online's app settings at any time, or contact us.
